Does it save anything automatically?No. Nothing is saved without you tapping approve. That's the whole point — you should never wonder what got written in your name.

What if I'm somewhere with no signal?Record anyway. It's saved on your phone and uploads itself when you have service — basements and rural listings are the normal case, not the exception.
Can I type instead of talking?Yes — we know that open houses and shared offices aren't places you want to dictate out loud.
What does it get wrong?Names it hasn't heard before, and which of two similar contacts you meant. When it isn't sure it says so and asks — it doesn't guess quietly.
